{02} — Process
How it works
-
We clarify the message, purpose and audience before filming begins.
• Initial Consultation: Understand the goal of the video, target audience and where the content will be used.
• Creative Direction: Define the tone, style, format and key message.
• Project Scope: Confirm deliverables, timelines, locations, interviews and required assets.Time frame: project dependent
-
We plan the shoot so production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Shot Planning: Outline key scenes, interview questions, b-roll and story structure.
• Schedule & Logistics: Confirm filming dates, locations, people involved and access requirements.
• Creative Prep: Prepare scripts, prompts, call sheets, equipment needs and any visual references.Time frame: usually 2–7 days, depending on the project
-
We capture the footage, interviews and visuals needed to tell the story properly.
• Filming: Capture interviews, natural moments, b-roll, events or campaign scenes.
• Photography: Add supporting photo content where needed for websites, social media or internal use.
• On-site Direction: Guide participants naturally so the content feels confident, polished and human.Time frame: half-day, full-day or multi-day production
-
We shape the footage into a polished final piece ready to share.
• Editing: Build the story, pacing, structure and visual flow.
• Sound & Colour: Add music, clean audio, colour grade and polish the overall look.
• Graphics & Captions: Add titles, lower thirds, subtitles and branded elements where needed. You receive final content in the formats needed for your platform or campaign.
• Final Exports: Deliver master files, social cutdowns, website versions or event-screen formats.
• Review Process: Provide review links and manage revisions clearly.
• Content Support: Help organise final assets so they are ready for web, internal comms, social media or presentations.Time frame: project-dependent
*The Fine Print: Timelines depend on agreed filming dates, location access, participant availability, and any client-provided assets such as logos, scripts, key messages, or brand guidelines. Feedback should be returned within 24–48 hours at each review stage to keep the project on track. Delays, additional filming, extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may extend delivery and incur additional costs.

Got Any Questions?
-
Most projects take between 1–3 weeks from filming to final delivery, depending on the scope, number of filming days, review process and final deliverables required. Smaller edits or event highlights can be quicker, while larger campaigns with interviews, graphics, captions or multiple versions may take longer.
-
Elevate Motion creates corporate videos, promotional films, testimonials, internal communications content, event coverage, safety and culture campaigns, training-style videos, social media cutdowns and website-ready visual content.
-
Yes. Photography can be included as part of a video project or booked separately. This can include event photography, staff portraits, team photos, behind-the-scenes images, website visuals and social media content.
-
Review links are provided so feedback can be shared clearly. Most projects include an agreed number of revision rounds, usually focused on structure, messaging, graphics, captions and final polish. Larger changes outside the agreed scope may require extra time or additional costs.
-
The best starting point is a quick conversation about what you need, where the content will be used, your timeline and the final formats required. From there, I can suggest the best approach, filming plan and project estimate.
