Quality Week EXPO

Event Coverage & Multi-Format Content Production

Large scale production over multiple days

A complete visual content package created for Quality Week EXPO 2025, combining event videography, photography, team stories and testimonial content to capture the ideas, people and innovation driving continuous improvement.

Project Overview

Quality Week EXPO 2025 brought teams together to share innovation, celebrate achievements and showcase the initiatives shaping the future of quality across the site.

Rather than simply documenting the event, the project focused on creating a complete collection of visual content before, during and after the expo. This included promotional department videos, event photography, floor coverage, attendee testimonials and a highlight film that captured the collaboration, energy and purpose behind the week.

The Objective

The objective was to support one of the site’s largest internal events through professional visual content that could engage employees, celebrate team achievements and extend the impact of the event beyond the exhibition floor.

The content needed to communicate innovation, recognise the work of individual departments and create reusable assets that could support future internal communications and quality initiatives.

A dynamic preview of Quality Week, celebrating the people, ideas, and progress that define Quality, Think Differently.

This highlight video brings together moments from across our site, from digital transformation in the Archive Room to smarter systems, safety innovations, and the teams driving continuous improvement every day. More than a recap, it’s a reflection of how thinking differently inspires change, connects teams, and shapes the future of quality at Grange Castle.

The Approach

The project was approached as a multi-phase production rather than a single filming day.

In the lead-up to the event, several quality departments were filmed individually to produce short videos introducing their projects and achievements. These videos became part of the exhibition experience and were displayed throughout the event.

During Quality Week, videography and photography focused on capturing the atmosphere of the expo, conversations between teams, interactive displays and the people behind the projects. Short testimonial interviews were also recorded directly on the exhibition floor, giving participants an opportunity to reflect on their work and the value of collaboration across departments.

Beyond Event Coverage

One of the biggest strengths of the project was that the content extended far beyond the event itself.

The department showcase videos helped teams present their work during the expo, while the photography, testimonials and highlight film created a lasting record that could continue supporting internal communications long after the event had finished.

Instead of producing content for a single day, the project created a library of visual assets that could be reused across presentations, internal campaigns, leadership updates and future Quality Week initiatives.

Why This Approach Works

Large internal events generate valuable stories that often disappear once the day is over.

By planning content before, during and after the event, organisations can maximise the value of their investment. Individual team stories, employee testimonials, photography and highlight films become reusable communication assets that continue supporting employee engagement, recognition and knowledge sharing throughout the year.

Value to the Client

Quality Week EXPO 2025 became much more than an event recap.

The project delivered a complete collection of professional visual assets that celebrated the people behind the work, highlighted innovation across departments and provided long-term content for internal communication, presentations and future events.

By combining multiple content formats into one coordinated production, the event achieved a consistent visual identity while giving individual teams an opportunity to showcase their own achievements.
